By creating a Daring Home Tution account you agree to these terms.
The service
Daring Home Tution is a platform that connects families and schools with verified tutors for online lessons, in-home tuition and school training programmes. Daring Home Tution does not itself deliver the teaching; lessons are delivered by the independent tutors listed on the platform.
Parent and school responsibilities
Provide accurate personal, learner and location information, attend booked lessons or cancel in good time, and treat tutors with respect.
Tutor responsibilities
Tutors must hold the qualifications they claim, submit accurate details, keep availability current, teach within the subjects and levels they list and maintain accurate lesson reports. Tutors cannot receive lesson requests until approved, and may be suspended where standards are not met.
Bookings, fees and cancellations
Fees are displayed before confirmation. Platform commission is deducted from tutor earnings. Refunds are handled case by case where a lesson was not delivered.
Child safety
Lessons involving minors are booked and supervised by a parent, guardian or school. Report any concern about a tutor's conduct to us immediately; accounts may be suspended while a concern is reviewed.
Suspension
Accounts may be suspended or deactivated for false qualifications, unsafe conduct, misuse of learner information or repeated no-shows.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the platform expands to additional regions and programmes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
