Payment & Refund Policy
How lesson fees, the GH₵200 student registration fee, Mobile Money payments and refunds work at Daring Home Tution.
Fees
Lesson fees are shown before you book. Each new student carries a one-time GH₵200 registration fee that covers assessment and tutor matching.
How to pay
We accept Mobile Money and approved payment partners. We never store card numbers on our platform.
Cancellations
Lessons cancelled at least 24 hours before the start time can be rescheduled at no cost or refunded in full.
Late cancellations and no-shows
Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original Mobile Money number within 7 working days. The registration fee is refundable only if we cannot match a tutor.
Disputes
Contact us on 024 218 1064 within 7 days of a lesson to raise a concern. Our team reviews the lesson report and replies within 3 working days.
